Italian Bean Soup

8 tsp olive oil
2 cans/ diced fired roasted tomatoes

2 tsp minced garlic
2 cans chicken broth

1 tsp dried ground sage
2 cans navy beans

1 tsp dried ground rosemary
1 tbs chopped parsley

1 tsp red wine vinegar

Saute garlic, sage and rosemary in olive oil.  Add remaining ingredients.  Heat through and serve with cheese bread.  May add 1 chicken bouillon cube for additional flavor.
