Sausage Bread

2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 lb. ground sausage
2 cups shredded Monterey-Jack cheese
Parmesan cheese
Oregano
- Spray the 2 frozen loaves with cooking spray and place them in a large Ziploc bag.
- Allow two hours for them to thaw.
- Brown the sausage.
- Flatten each loaf into a large rectangle on waxed paper.
- Sprinkle each loaf with half of the sausage and the shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and oregano to taste.
- Start with the long side and roll, jelly roll style.
- Tuck the seams and ends under and seal.
Bake on a cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
