Swedish Cake

2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 20-oz can crushed pineapple (juice included)
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup chopped pecans
2 tsp baking soda

Mix eggs and sugar until blended.  Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended.
Pour into a greased 13x9 inch cake pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.  Cool

Frosting:

1 8oz cream cheese – softened
1 stick butter – softened
1 ¾ cup powdered sugar
½ cup chopped pecans

Mix cream cheese and butter until well blended.  Add powdered sugar and mix well.  Stir in chopped pecans.  Spread frosting on cake.  Refrigerate.
