US Postal Mail Service Delays 

Unfortunately, genuine mail delivery delays happen. Due to higher than normal mail volumes and the continued impacts of COVID-19 on US Postal Service employees mail delivery could be delayed. These delays could impact delivery of your bank statements, checks, notices, debit cards and other bank related mailings. Consider enrolling for Community Bank's secure e-Statements to receive your bank statements electronically and enrolling for Community Bank's secure Bill Pay service to send payments, electronically. Contact us at (304) 420-5561 to set up automatic transfers for loan payments. And, we recommend allowing for additional time when mailing payments through the US Postal Service.


Face Coverings Now Required for Lobby Access

Effective Tuesday, July 7th, the employees of Community Bank will be following West Virginia Governor, Jim Justice's, executive order by wearing face coverings in all confined indoor places where social distancing cannot be maintained. For the well being of our employees, their families, customers and guests we will require anyone entering our lobbies to also wear a face covering. We continue to encourage you to use our Drive-Thrus and Online and Mobile Banking for your transactional needs. Please call (304)485-7991 for new accounts and loan request appointments.

Like we would for any potential pandemic, we are monitoring the latest news and updates about the Coronavirus, and doing all we can to make sure our branches are open, our bankers are healthy, and our customer service prepared. Our branches are taking extra precautions, asking employees to wash hands frequently, increasing the use of hand sanitizer, and scheduling additional cleaning at each location. As a valued customer, if you aren’t able to come in to the branch, we strongly encourage you to use our ATMs, set up direct deposit of your paychecks, and sign up for Online and Mobile Banking.
