Fraud Alert! Community Bank employees will NEVER ask for your Debit Card Information, Digital Banking login credentials or MFA code to verify transactions. DO NOT provide your personal information to anyone claiming to help you with unauthorized transactions. DO NOT click on a link or photograph in a text message or email you are not expecting. Call us immediately if you suspect fraud, (304) 485-7991.
At Community Bank, we are committed to making your banking experience easy, safe and personal. That’s why we’re proud to share that all our branch ATMs are now enhanced Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), bringing together innovative technology with the friendly faces you know and trust.
ITMs, often referred to as video tellers, combine ATM functionality with personalized support when you need it.
Using a Community Bank ITM, you can select the option to talk to an employee, and one of our local Virtual Customer Service Specialists (VCSSs) will appear on screen to assist you. They can answer questions and help you handle more than basic ATM transactions.
At an ITM, we can help you with transactions like:
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
ITMs are located at all Community Bank offices. Find a branch near you.
(We hope to expand the ITM hours in the future to provide even more convenience for you!)
To bring ITM service to you, we created two new VCSS positions within the bank and have promoted two team members – Kaelyn and Kamryn – to help with your transactions.
Our VCSSs are friendly faces from your community, ready to assist you with all your banking needs. When you use our ITMs, you’ll always be speaking with someone local – not out of state or overseas, so you can feel good knowing you’re supporting local employment while enjoying added convenience.
Kaelyn has been with Community Bank for three years and enjoys building strong connections with both customers and coworkers. She believes the most rewarding part of her work is creating relationships so customers always have someone they can rely on. When she’s not working, Kaelyn enjoys reading, playing video games with friends, spending time with family and learning about history.
Kamryn joined Community Bank one year ago and is currently finishing her final year at West Virginia University at Parkersburg, where she will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing. She says the most rewarding part of her role is making customers and coworkers smile. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and serves as an assistant coach for Parkersburg South Southern Belles.
Our ITM/ATM services are an added convenience designed to make your life easier, not to replace the personal touch you expect. Next time you visit, give our new machines a try and say hello to Kaelyn, Kamryn or another familiar face!
